The services provided by The Heart of the Matter are coaching and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Julia Archer Strong is a coach, not a licensed therapist or medical professional.
Payment Terms
All payments for sessions and programs are due as outlined at the time of booking or enrollment. Payment plans, where available, must be honored in full. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.

While we are deeply committed to supporting your transformation, individual results vary. Coaching outcomes depend on your engagement, openness, and personal circumstances. No specific results are guaranteed.
